Experf is a range of expanded meshes designed to emulate the circular pattern of perforated metals with a significant cost advantage.
With Perforated Metal the holes are punched which creates costly waste, but with Experf the production method involves slitting and stretching the material to create holes. Using this technique creates a cost effective saving but still offers a high quality mesh product.
Expref can be used as an equivalent to perforated metal in a number of applications. This gives comparable aesthetics, strength, open area, acoustic and filtration properties.
